Japanese goods, direct from the makers, from one carton.
Tokyo Works is a Tokyo-based export company that buys directly from Japanese makers. Plush and stationery, kitchen and lifestyle goods, character merchandise and regional specialties: we supply retailers in the US, Canada, Thailand and Korea, and we prepare the US compliance documents so your shipment clears without surprises.
WHY TOKYO WORKS
Why retailers work with Tokyo Works
Four things our retail partners count on.
Direct maker relationships
We buy from the makers themselves, not from the secondary market. Exclusive designs and OEM runs are possible for the right partner.
Compliance handled in Japan
Testing at CPSC-accepted laboratories, Children's Product Certificates, Prop 65, tracking labels and hang tags. The documents travel with the shipment.
Small lots, consolidated
Order one carton from several makers and we consolidate in Japan into one shipment, by sea or by courier.
Beyond character goods
Lifestyle and kitchen goods, washi paper stationery, regional specialties and traditional crafts, alongside licensed character merchandise.
